A French company is looking for a substance or a preparation allowing removal of a protective ink film on metallic substrates or plates before using chemical etching.
After coating step, this film is polymerised on the substrate before etching in order to resist to electrochemical bath and to avoid any migration of acid in the protected parts. The film must be dissolved as soon as possible, just after the etching process with a solvent or other liquid. The substance must be distilled and recycled for other uses in ultrasonic bath holders.
The company could be interested in any protective ink or varnish that could be able to answer the requirements and that could be quickly eliminated after surface treatment in acid environment.
The cost of the product is a key element and the requested solution must be cost effective.
Washing solution doesn't suit for this specific application.
