French members

Two French centers of the Europe Entreprise Network (Competitiveness and Innovation Programme of the European Commission) are members of the RFR:

The P.I.C. S.O.F. consortium 
covers four regions of Southwest France: Midi-Pyrenees, Limousin, Poitou-Charentes and Aquitaine. It includes the following organizations:
- Oseo Innovation;
- The regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrenees, Poitou-Charentes and Limousin;
- Regional agencies for innovation Midi-Pyrénées Innovation, Innovalis Aquitaine and Aquitaine International;
- The Regional Council of Limousin.

The PIC² consortium 
covers two central regions of France Ile-de-France (Paris region) and Centre. It includes the following organizations:
- The regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Paris, Essonne, Seine-Et-Marne, Versailles Val-D'Oise Yvelines and Centre;
- Regional representations of OSEO in Ile-de-France and Centre.

RETIS 
Retis is a network of over one hundred members (technology parks, incubators) which accompany each day more than 10 000 enterprises.
Retis has three main goals:
- Train its members
- Facilitate the network and promote cooperation among members including collaborative projects
- Communicate nationally and internationally on its members
Some examples of members of RETIS:
- The Genopole Evry (dedicated to genetics, genomics and biotechnology)
- TEMIS in Besancon (Microtechnics)
- Alimentec in Bourg-en-Bresse, (specializing in process engineering and food safety)
- Sophia Antipolis near Nice (Center of Excellence in Information Technology and Life Sciences).

CSTL - Association "Scientific and Technological Cooperation for Lorraine
The main goal of CSTL is implantation of innovative projects and enterprises through technology transfer into Lorraine in the three following research and technological areas:
• advanced materials and processes;
• ICT;
• health care.
CSTL Association, supported by Region Lorraine and French industrialists, due to its experience in technology transfer (partner search, search of technological and financial opportunities, market watch, follow-up…), offers opportunities of partnership with industrial sectors and R&D groups of Lorraine.
For implementation of these objectives, CSTL relies upon its personal network of international experts, knowledge of market in the above-mentioned areas and a rich experience in commercialization of R&D and technological projects.

SYSTEM@TIC PARIS-REGION - Competitiveness Cluster  
At the heart of the digital revolution, the Competitiveness Cluster SYSTEM@TIC federates in Ile-de-France (Paris region) more than 380 industrials, SMEs and scientists in the field of software-intensive systems, while concentrating its activities on 3 markets Application of high societal dimension (Automotive & Transportation, Telecom, Security & Defence) and 2 technological fields (Free Software and Design Tools and Development Systems). On these issues, the centre’s mission is to develop the economy, business competitiveness and employment, using the levers of innovation, training and partnership.
Real catalyst for innovative technology projects, the global Competitiveness Cluster SYSTEM@TIC has enabled the development of 101 collaborative R&D projects representing a total cost of 572 million € and a combined support of about € 201M from State agencies and local authorities.

Russian members

Obninsk Center for Science and Technologies, Obninsk
OSCT is the biggest company of innovation infrastructure in Kaluga region . OCST cooperates with local research and production companies in development and implementation of new technologies in the following key areas:
- Industrial equipment for NPP.
- New materials.
- Ecology.
- Medicine.



Regional Innovation Centre, Irkutsk
Set up in May 2005 and based at Irkutsk State Technical University, RIC is a Coaching Network Agent for Siberian Federal District. The territorial coverage of RIC includes Irkutsk region, Republic of Buryatia, Chita region, Ust-Ordynsky Buryatian Autonomous District, Aginsky Buryatian Autonomous District.



Innovation Centre Koltsovo, Koltsovo, Novosibirsk region
Nonprofit Organisation “Innovation Centre Koltsovo” (ICK) was founded with technical assistance of TACIS in 2000 in order to implement development programme of Koltsovo as Science City of the Russian Federation. ICK acts in four areas: city development agency, consultancy, training center, technology transfer center. ICK belongs to the Novosibirsk Technopark structure. Its specialization is development and promotion of innovation and investment projects.


Tomsk International Business Center “Technopark”, Tomsk
the only regional organization established by the Regional and City Administrations, higher educational institutions, R&D organizations and major industrial enterprises of Tomsk as a business support infrastructure with the purpose of solving problems of industrial, entrepreneurial, research and educational areas at the inter-regional and international level.


Vologda Research Coordination Centre of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of RAS (VRCC CEMI RAS), Vologda
The mission of VRCC is scientific support of social and economic transformation processes, in particular, in Vologda region. In its activities, VRCC co-operates largely with R&D institutes and universities of the region.

Technopark “Aviatechnocon” of Samara State Aerospace University, Samara
The main objectives of the Technopark are: creation of favourable environment for research departments of the University developing high-tech products; assistance in promotion of developed high-tech products to the market; development of support infrastructure for innovation businesses; integration of innovation projects from research departments of the University with interested SMEs and industrial enterprises; development of production capacities.


Innovation Technology Centre of Nizhny Novgorod State University, Nizhny Novgorod
was set up in 2000 with the functions of regional development agency for Nizhny Novgorod region and Privolzhsky Federal District.
Main areas of activity:
- consulting, including IPR;
- technology transfer;
- assistance to innovation SMEs;
- educational services in the innovation area.
ITC is a representative of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) for
Nizhny Novgorod region, acting as a contact point for the START federal programme in Privolzhsky Federal District.

International Science and Technology Park "Technopark in Moskvorechje", Moscow
The Technopark was founded in 1993 for commercialization of scientific developments of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI). At present, the Technopark comprises over 20 small innovation enterprises, a training center, a certification center, a high tech incubator for young entrepreneurs.

Saratov State Technical University, Saratov SSTU focuses its efforts at development of fundamental and applied research, creation of high technologies, commercialization of R&D products.

Innovation Technology Business Centre of Stavropolsky kray, Stavropol – an interface structure between R&D organizations and universities, from one side, and State authorities, industrial and agricultural enterprises of? Stavropolsky kray, and potential investors, from the other side. ?A representative of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) for Stavropolsky kray.


Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys (Technological University) (MISA-TU), Moscow
Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, Saint Petersburg?- The State Educational Institution for Higher Professional Education “Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation” implements educational programs of higher and postgraduate professional education in many areas, training/retraining and raising of the level of skills of high qualification personnel, researchers and pedagogic personnel, carries out fundamental and applied research in a wide scientific spectre. It is one of leading Russian science and methodology centers in the field of modern instrumentation and aerospace technologies.

Tomsk Innovation Assistance Centre, Tomsk

Tomsk Regional Centre for Commercialisation of R&D Results, Tomsk - The Center's mission is to promote developments and science-intensive products of Tomsk research and education complex to the market and to create large innovation projects.
The Center provides the following services:
- Consulting services in marketing and intellectual property management.
- Staff training.
- Obtaining of budgetary and off-budgetary financing to commercialize research developments.
- Organization and promotion of innovation SME to produce high-tech products.

South Technology Transfer Centre, Krasnodar - The TTC was set up under support from the RF Ministry of industry, science and technology for commercialisaion to intellectual property in the South Federal District of Russia.? The Centre organizes interaction between IP owners and investors with industrial enterprises, in collaboration with Krasnodar Regional Administration.

Biomac-Innovation, Moscow Russian innovation company supporting implementation of biotechnology, medicine, environmental and other innovation projects at all stages of their progress.
